Aircraft Equipment Overhauls & Sales Pty Ltd. (AEOS) was established in 1961 and is a privately owned family business that employs a dedicated team of skilled technicians and qualified engineers and provides superior maintenance services for a diverse range of aircraft components and associated products.

From their head office and workshops in Peakhurst, Sydney AEOS seek to provide their customers with consistently higher quality standards at a lower cost and in order to maintain their competitive advantage they constantly review all processes and procedures both in the workshops as well as in all administrative & support areas, thus ensuring compliance with both CASA and EASA Part 145 regulative authorities.

AEOS went live with Aerotrac in March 2014.

Ross Jarman, an owner and Director at AEOS, was part of the team that selected Aerotrac.

AEOS were impressed with the integrated functionality that Aerotrac incorporates as standard. Ross comments:

AEOS went live with Aerotrac in March 2014. Ross comments on the implementation and after-sales service:

“Tracware staff travelled over from the UK to carry out the initial implementation and Go-Live. They were very knowledgeable about the software and showed how to get the best out of Aerotrac in our environment. It was more than just training – there was a real understanding of how to make tangible improvements in our business processes, whilst minimising disruption. We made a number of changes to the way we operate, all of them improving efficiency. With the help of Tracware we also imported some data from our previous system, which has proved very useful.”

“Since then, after-sales support services levels have been first class – and I’m far more comfortable now that Tracware have an office and regional support in country. We have been working with Tracware, who have made subtle changes to the software to really meet our needs. Aerotrac is almost a bespoke software – but in an off the shelf package.”
